Description

This machine is specifically designed for automatic single round shaped soaps. Finished soaps are fed from the left side of the in-feed conveyor and transferred into wrapping mechanism, then paper cutting, soap pushing, wrapping, and discharging. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, highly automatic and adopts touch screen for easy operation and setting.


The electrical parts is integrated in the machine itself, in other word, the electrical cabinet is in the bottom part of the machine. All the parts contact with soap are made of SS304.
